Doctors appointments not attended = 47 Nurse appointments not attended = 43 The above missed appointments equate to 18 hours 55 minutes of surgery time. During the month of April the surgery completed: 1478 GP face to face appointments 710 GP telephone appointments 567 nurse appointments 121 GP home visits The surgery also took a total of 6949 telephone calls.
